TWO WEEKS!

Really?!?
I haven't posted in 2 weeks!
Maybe because there is nothing going on.
HA!
Some days I am stacking appointments on the
same day -which is not my favorite thing to do.
Not only does this create a time crunch which
makes me a little panicky but the kids don't respond
well to changes in our routine.
We've been to an open house at Memorial hospital so they
could see where Cora will be born.
The show A Baby Story was on during nap time a
couple of weeks ago and now Calan talks about how
"when we get Cora, we will wrap her in a towel." I guess
that I should put some parental blocks on the cable.
We have had friends over.
We have gone to friends' houses.
We have written prayers on the floor at church and then had ice cream.
We've been swimming and to the splash pad.
We've been horse back riding.
We have had doctor appointments, therapy appointments and caseworker appointments.
We have been to Playlands and parks.
We have been to Goodwill for new clothes and new toys.
Calan refers to Goodwill as The New Truck Store.
Case still says no words. Only grunts and SUPER grunts to order us around.
During the open house at the hospital there was a booth set up that asked if we would
enroll Case in a language study. Ummmm. No. He is not using language but thanks. They then
asked if I would be interested in some type of help with that.  Ummmm. No. Maybe in my free time.
I have had  midwife appointments (every 2 weeks now) and lab work.
The kids love to watch me get blood drawn.
Cody has donated blood.
We have microwaved soap until it has become a "cloud" then played with it in the
bathtub until the water was too cold to stay in any longer.
Case is almost completely a fruit-aterian. If it were up to him
he would do away with all of the other food groups.
Camille got a CASA volunteer this week.
Court is in 2 weeks - so there is much to do.
I need to make cupcakes for Calan's birthday party (which is THIS Sunday!).
We have come home from church to find a hawk on our
porch. I didn't even see the hawk until it was a foot away
from my face. I was holding a baby, the keys, my phone and a grocery
bag. It did make me scream.  Calan tells the story of the
hawk every time we come or go. He asks why I screamed
and then says how we all got back in the car and called
"Grandma & Moe."

He identifies between the two grandmas by who they live with.
Case has had four molars come in all within the same week.
I have never felt so exhausted.
My limbs actually feel heavy.
I'm hungry. I'm tired. And I probably have a diaper to change.
I keep hoping that all I need is another vitamin to add to my pill box and it would help.
Yes I have a Sun-Sat pill box like an old lady for vitamins.
The next free day on my calendar (as of this moment) is August 5th.
It's a Sunday.
But come to think of it we have a family reunion in Culver
that day that I must have spaced writing down. Better pencil that one in.
I haven't been "nesting" like I normally would be.
I have been crafting... painting... sewing.
A lot lately.
OK.
Babysitting Jaycee today then a caseworker will be here during nap time.
After that off to the grocery store.
Time to shower before the kids get up.
Download some pictures.
Make everyone some breakfast.
