While getting ready to go to iHop this morning Case told me he didn't want to go to the scary restaurant. The scary restaurant? You know the one, with this face. 

It was snowing during breakfast 😄

Asked Cody this morning if he was up for some extreme trick or treating tonight and he was down. So it's officially time to start embracing the season.

Everyone was on their way upstairs to take a bath while Cockatoo stood on the ledge dancing.

We always get to school about 5 minutes early and today we happened to get caught in the stairwell while Case and Camille's class passed us. 

Coco ran to hug case. 

Halloween card

Aunt Lauralee sent the annual Halloween card and Case asked to open it. As soon as the envelope was torn into about 12 pieces he ran to the couch to carefully open the card. They all just assume that there will be a pile of cash and they haven't been disappointed yet. They happily shared it equally and then Calan asked everyone to be quiet so that I could read the card. At nap time he drew the bats that were on the front of the card. Case went to bed with an old wallet that held his cash. It's so funny how much they love to get money. Even pennies they will carry for days before putting it into their piggy banks. 

Case's training wheels are OFF!

We were able to do a 12 minute mile with all of the kids last night. We did our usual 3 1/2 mile walk but were able to run most of the time. Cody pulled three in the wagon and the two boys rode their bikes. 

Shopping with Race Car

Went to Meijer last night & had the privilege of seeing this. 

I also got to see this guy's underbelly. 

And if you look at the ice machine behind Case it clearly states, "Healthier Than Homemade." Meijer's ice is healthier than mine?  

Always an experience.
