Whenever we see a fire truck-
Calan: Going to resuce
Yesterday when we saw a fire truck I asked-
Who do you think they are rescuing?
C: They are going to rescue a cat in a tree with their big big ladder.
Oh.
Silly me for asking.

My Little Equestrians
We will be riding horses every Monday for the next few months.
Crooked Creek Ranch is letting foster families come ride, play & sit around a camp fire at their farm all summer long!
There are tractor rides & bikes.
There are tire swings and helmets.
There are the kindest volunteers that I have ever met.
There are goats & ducks.
There is even a horse named Cowboy that bites.
Calan really wanted the horse to trot.
So after a VERY long time of riding the girls that were helping him picked up the pace.
He then started yelling-
"Me no bounce!"
So the trotting went back to walking.
We also witnessed a Christmas Miracle.
Emmae RODE A HORSE TOO!
If you know Camille you know that she doesn't participate.
The very bottom pic on the left is the biting horse named Cowboy. & yes it looks like Cody is trying to feed our youngest to him.

*SERIOUS UPDATE*
I just finished uploading pics from horseback riding but this is WAY more important than that.
YESTERDAY CALAN HAD ZERO ACCIDENTS.
He used the toilet by himself every time he had to go.
EVERY TIME.
He just runs into the bathroom all by himself and goes.
No help needed.

Hats. Helmets. Whatever.
Calan & Emmae were playing some pretend game where everyone had to have hats on. They were making Case wear one too. They wanted me to put him in the chair so they could both hold him. Not his favorite -especially while he was eating his late morning snack.

Sweet Babe.
Case fell down the stairs.
He's been doing stairs since he was able to crawl.
This time he was carrying way too much stuff.
His bang. His giraffe. A big P. And even a car.
He only feel down 4 steps but it looks like he took on the entire flight.
This pic is from 12 hours or so after and the swelling has gone WAY down.
At first it was bigger than an egg yolk.

Scamming the System.
Every Friday night after the Silver Hawks baseball game there are fireworks.
So we loaded up the kids and went to a field where we could watch them without going to the game.
We put them in semi-pajamas after their bath and teeth were brushed.
We spread our blanket out and waited.
And waited.
This just happened to be the game that had something like 13 innings -seriously.
But is was worth the wait.
Everyone loved them.
